- Permission for photography and video recording within authorized locations
- Opportunities to interview industry professionals, vendors, and event organizers
- Entry to VIP areas and cigar pairing experiences for coverage purposes

Media Coverage Guidelines
- Photography & Filming: Professional cameras are permitted, but tripods, drones, and additional equipment require prior authorization.
- Live Broadcasting: Live streaming is only permitted from pre-approved locations. Media teams must coordinate with festival staff for designated areas.
- Interviews & Vendor Access: Interviews with vendors, cigar brands, and event organizers must be arranged prior to the festival. Media representatives should respect vendor policies and avoid interfering with business operations.
