The Great Lakes Cigar Festival is an event designed for cigar enthusiasts, and smoking is permitted throughout the festival grounds during event hours. The venue has granted special permission for this occasion, with the following regulations in place to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees:

1. Smoking Privileges

  • Smoking is allowed only during the official festival hours. Outside of these hours, the venue’s standard no-smoking policy applies.
  • Guests are welcome to enjoy cigars in all designated festival areas, including vendor booths, lounges, and open-air seating sections.

2. Outside Cigars & Purchases

  • Attendees are not permitted to bring outside cigars into the festival.
  • The festival features a variety of premium cigars from vendors, which are available for purchase and sampling.

3. Responsible Smoking & Etiquette

  • While smoking is permitted, guests must be mindful of others. Avoid blowing smoke directly at fellow attendees.
  • Dispose of cigar waste properly in the provided ashtrays and receptacles. Littering cigar butts on the ground is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking is not allowed in restrooms, food areas, or inside vendor tents unless specified.

4. Compliance & Enforcement

  • Festival staff and security will ensure compliance with these guidelines.
  • Any attendee found smoking outside the permitted event hours or in restricted areas may be asked to leave without a refund.

Smoking is a key part of this event, and we appreciate everyone’s cooperation in maintaining a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere.
